Ben Carpenter has been named the the very first "Maintenance Legend" by the National Apartment Association. This is a significant achievement not only for Ben but also for Towne Properties and the Greater Dayton Apartment Association. Thank you to everyone who voted for him.

Ben won the following Prize Package:

-Ticket and travel to NAA conference in 2024

-2 tickets to the Formula one race in Austin Texas in October 2023
