CAMT HVAC Bulletin Regarding Updates
to Refrigerant Deadline
Dear CAMT Program Students,
In response to changes to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) deadline regarding the transition from HFC to A2L refrigerants, NAAEI is releasing an updated HVAC bulletin to all CAMT Education Providers and CAMT students.
The bulletin describes what is changing, what the change means and action steps for property owners and maintenance technicians. Please take note of the changes to the deadlines and requirements for new and existing equipment, training and certification, labeling and signage, and leakages.
