Help Shape the Future of GDAA – Board Applications Now Open

Dear GDAA Member,
Are you passionate about the future of the rental housing industry? Do you want to help shape the direction of the Greater Dayton Apartment Association? If so, we encourage you to consider serving on the GDAA Board of Directors.
The GDAA Nominating Committee is now accepting applications for the Board of Directors. Serving on the Board is an opportunity to work alongside fellow industry leaders to guide the Association and advance our mission of connecting and advancing the multi-family industry through partnerships, education, and advocacy.
We are seeking engaged industry professionals with the experience, leadership, and commitment to help GDAA achieve its vision of being the #1 resource for Greater Dayton's rental housing industry.
This year, two (2) Primary Member seats and one (1) Supplier Partner seat are up for election. Each position carries a three-year term beginning in November 2026.
To be considered, please submit your nomination application by Monday, August 31, 2026. The Nominating Committee will contact qualified candidates to schedule an interview. Elections will be held at the Annual Membership Meeting on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.
