Todd Hignite

 Approaching thirty years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, his experiences span traditional market rate, luxury, military, senior, and tax credit portfolios that also encompassed new construction, acquisitions, and re-positioning communities through renovation programs.  He is a member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute’ s faculty as well as its Board of Directors. He serves on the NAA Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion and NAAEI Program Administrative Committees in addition to being a NAA Diversity Leadership Program mentor.  Todd actively serves on the Apartment Association of Kentucky Board of Directors, the Board of Directors for the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association and is an advocate and member of various committees including the GCNKAA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, Prestige Awards Program Committee, and chairing the Education Committee. Todd holds both his CAM and CAPS designations.  He channels his real industry-life experiences along with his unique facilitation style for the CALP, CAM, and CAPS designations, as well as a variety of programs and moderating forums. Todd’s energetic passion for our industry has helped develop his creative approach to each challenge within the multifamily housing industry while also increasing asset value and maximizing NOI.

To obtain the CAM credential, candidates must complete the following:
  • Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience (This can be obtained while taking the course; you will receive a provisional certificate until this requirement is met.)
  • Successful completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours)
  • Meet all examination standards within 6 months of declaring candidacy
