We are pleased to announce that our new program with HD Supply, MAINTENANCE LEGENDS™ is now LIVE and ready for nominations!
Now through April of 2024, three winners will be selected each month for their tales of going above and beyond for their rental housing communities. At the end of the season, one Maintenance Legend will drive away with an amazing grand prize at Apartmentalize in Philadelphia.
But there’s more…Prizes aren’t just for the pros with this one. Depending on your association’s size, you can receive a monetary contribution toward your local maintenance-related activities (ex. appreciation events, local Maintenance Mania events, training programs, etc.). Affiliates larger than 75,000 units can submit 12 nominations to receive $2,000 while affiliates smaller than 75,000 units can submit 7 nominations to receive $1,000. Pro tip: nominate your award winning maintenance professionals from your local awards program to become a LEGEND.
