It's almost time to renew your membership!

What you need to know! ,

First, we want to thank you for your continued support of the Greater Dayton Apartment Association. Our mission of connecting and advancing the multi-family industry through partnerships, education, and advocacy would not be possible without you. 

This is a friendly reminder that your 2023 Membership Dues will be sent via email the week of November 21st. Just to make sure we are invoicing you correctly now is a great time to log into www.gdaa.org and update your account info. It is very important that we have an up-to-date billing contact person and email address.  Primary Members, please verify all the communities owned/managed within the GDAA territory are accounted for with the correct unit count on your company Member Compass.  

You may see some optional items on your invoice. This is to make billing more convenient by eliminating multiple invoices. If you chose not to donate or advertise these items can be removed by clicking on the trash can icon on the invoice.
