The Greater Dayton Apartment Association is a trade organization for companies that own and manage apartment communities and companies that provide products or services to the apartment industry.

Members of GDAA are rental housing owners, property management companies, individual apartment communities, and companies that service or supply products to rental properties.

GDAA currently represents over 130 Supplier Partners and over 43,000 apartment units in the Greater Dayton area.

Types of Membership

Primary Membership

Primary Membership is held by management companies, firms, partnerships, or corporations whose business is the construction, re-construction, ownership, and/or management of multi-family dwelling units. The GDAA is designed for Property Management Companies with a strong commitment to the rental housing industry. 

Memberships are company-wide, so all apartment communities, staff, and employees of the company, within the GDAA territory become a member of the GDAA once the Management Company joins. Each employee can have their own account profile on our website so they can receive upcoming event emails, track education courses, and receive member prices on event registrations. All employees with an account will have full access to the GDAA website.

Supplier Partners

Supplier Partner Membership is held by a company that provides goods and/or services to the multi-family industry. 

Memberships are company-wide, so all employees who work in the Greater Dayton region become members of the GDAA once the supplier joins. Each employee can have their own account profile on our website so they can receive upcoming event emails, track education courses, and receive member prices on event registrations. All employees with an account will have full access to the GDAA website.
