Roof Patches
Even a small roof leak can cause significant damage, so it's important to find and correct a problem as soon as it's noticed on the ceiling. The good news is that many issues with roof leaks can be repaired.
You will learn how to properly chase a leak and locate the issue. We will review different roofing systems and show how to properly temp or patch. There will be a demonstration of TPO and EPDM systems and hands-on EPDM patching. You will also go through the correct materials to use and inform them of products not to use on roofs and go over things that may void warranties if done.
All attendees will receive a roller tool for their personal toolbox!
