Learn how to manage the financial performance of your community to maximize value and earn a positive return on investment.
Attendees will Learn:
- Budget Variance Report: understanding what the budget variance report is telling you.
- Understand the financial goals for your community and how the Budget and the Income Statements can help you achieve these goals.
- Discover how rent increases impact a community’s value.
- Learn how to develop a capital assessment plan.
- Practice using key indicators on your Income Statement to help monitor community fiscal fitness
Each class includes a specialized "tool" to take home!
Attend all five out of six Briefcase Series classes and you’ll earn a briefcase.
Hands-on learning:
The Briefcase Series is geared toward the Administrative Team (Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing, District) Each class will focus on a hard skill (Excel, Word, etc.) or soft skill (people skills, interpersonal skills, etc.)
