Meet Marianne Taylor:

As a Vice President at Colliers, I focus on listing and selling multifamily investment properties. I bring a unique perspective to clients through my prior experience of underwriting commercial real estate investment property loans. Building relationships with new and existing clients energizes me, as I thrive when engaging with others. I deliver value by sharing my knowledge of and insights on the multifamily industry.

As an Adjust Instructor at the University of Cincinnati, I teach an evening course called Property and Asset Management during the Fall Semester. My teaching philosophy is to create real life learning experiences for my students, so that they can apply this knowledge in their future careers.

Outside of work, you will likely find me on the golf course, in my garden, or checking out the latest foodie hot-spot.
