Spring Golf Outing

To protect the rights and privileges of all persons at Yankee Trace, proper attire must be always worn on the golf course and on the practice facilities from April 1st through October 31st.

• Golf Course and Practice Facilities: Work jeans, bathing attire, t-shirts, gym and tennis shorts, cut-offs and short shorts, tank tops, halter tops, and other similar dress are inappropriate.
• Recommended length of shorts is Bermuda length, approximately 3 inches above the knee. Collared or mock neck shirts are required.

Any guest not in compliance with this policy may be restricted from use of the facilities until properly attired. Ready-to-wear shirts, pants, and shorts are available for sale in the golf shop.

Golfers: If you are playing, please arrive between 9:30 am and 10:45 am for registration.

Sponsors: Each hole sponsor is assigned an arrival time so we can transport you to your hole in an orderly fashion. If you are unsure of your assigned time, please contact the GDAA Office.

As a hole sponsor, you must have a company representative(s) at your hole for the duration of the golf outing. You can bring chairs, coolers, tables, and canopies. We recommend that you have a game or a chance to win a prize and giveaways at your golf hole.  For giveaways, you can bring promotional items, soft drinks, water, and snack foods. You can give out your prize at the dinner.  Just bring it and the winner’s name to dinner at the Clubhouse. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED AS GIVEAWAYS.

Personal beverage coolers are prohibited at Yankee Trace. All beverages must be purchased from Yankee Trace.

Golfers: Dinner is included in your foursome.

Sponsors: Two dinner tickets are included in your sponsorship. Please let us know if you plan on attending dinner to be included in the dinner count. Contact the GDAA Office if you need additional dinner tickets.
