Responding Effectively to Conflict
Conflict can affect communication, productivity, trust, and working relationships. When emotions escalate, it can become difficult to remain open, grounded, and focused on resolving the situation constructively.
Responding Effectively to Conflict is an interactive workshop designed to help participants better understand conflict dynamics and develop practical strategies for handling difficult interactions. Through individual and group exercises, participants will increase their self-awareness, recognize destructive conflict patterns, and learn how to respond thoughtfully rather than react in the moment.
Based on the Transformative Conflict framework developed by Robert Baruch Bush and Joseph Folger, this training introduces Empowerment and Recognition strategies that help participants remain grounded, maintain personal integrity, and create more positive and productive interactions—even when disagreement continues.
