 GDAA Annual Meeting, Board of Directors' Elections and Mini-trade show

The Greater Dayton Apartment Association will hold its annual elections for the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting and Mini Trade Show.

VOTING

  • Absentee or proxy ballots are not permitted.  
  • Only members in good standing as appear upon the records of the Association shall be entitled to vote. Members in good standing shall be defined as those members who hold no delinquent payables to the Association sixty-one (61) days or older.
  • Each member shall be entitled to one vote per $250.00, or portion thereof, of annual membership dues paid, which shall be cast by the duly designated representative

There are four (4) candidates running for two (2) Primary Board Seats. 

ALL CANDIDATES WILL MAKE A BRIEF SPEECH STARTING AT 4:00 PM

Primary Candidates:
    Paula Fleener- Simms Management 
    Sarah Hahn- HILLS Properties
    Crystal Hawkey- HILLS Properties
    Jennifer Illanz- BRG Apartments

There are four (4) candidates running for three (3) Associate Board seats.
Associate Candidates:
    Thomas Ellison- Pure Property Solutions
    Jennifer Foppe- PPG
    Trisha Hendrickson- Chadwell Supply
    Solomon Parini- Willis Law Firm, LLC
     
As outlined in the GDAA Bylaws Voting is as follows:
