Mini Trade Show/ Annual Meeting

The Greater Dayton Apartment Association will hold their annual elections for the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting and Mini Trade Show. Only members in good standing as appear upon the records of the Association shall be entitled to vote.**
 

There are six (6) candidates running for four (4) open Primary Board seats.
Primary Candidates:
    Joe Colborn- Denizen Management
    Kasey Martel- MVAH Partners/ Single Family Homes
    Lloyd Cobble- Oberer Management Services
    Nate Fisher- Peak10 Group/F&W Properties
    Stephanie Collins- Miller-Valentine Group
    Tina Warner- PMR Companies

There are three (3) candidates running for two (2) open Associate Board seats.
Associate Candidates:
    Denise Harrison- Harrison Pro Tree, LLC
    Kaydee Fitzpatrick- Mr. Roof
    Steve Milano- Dieruf Construction 

**VOTING

• Absentee or proxy ballots are not permitted.  
• Only members in good standing as appear upon the records of the Association shall be entitled to vote. Members in good standing shall be defined as those members who hold no delinquent payables to the Association sixty-one (61) days or older.
• Each member shall be entitled to one vote per $250.00, or portion thereof, of annual membership dues paid, which shall be cast by the duly designated representative
