Coffee Talk is a new GDAA event series designed to bring property managers together for open, solutions-focused conversations. Each session is hosted at a member community, with a sponsor providing a mobile coffee bar.

The host property selects the topic—typically a real challenge their team is currently facing—and local property managers who share similar experiences are invited to join the discussion. Coffee Talk offers a supportive, collaborative space where peers can connect, share ideas, and walk away with practical solutions.

Cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted up to 3 business days before the event. All no-shows and late cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee of $15.
