Exhibitor Check-list

• Secure Booth
• Secure Sponsorship Check both the Sponsorship Matrix and the Intergalactic Field Guide Sign the Exhibitor Contract
• Order Electricity (if needed)

Event Overview:

• Set-Up Window: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Set up times will be scheduled)
• Early Access: 4:00 PM
• Trade Show: 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM
• Grand Cash Prize Drawing: 6:30 PM
• Tear Down: 6:30 PM

The Convention Center is a CASH-FREE facility.
