Supplier Partner Information
Supplier Partner Membership is held by a company that provides goods and/or services to the multi-family industry.
Memberships are company-wide, so all employees who work in the Greater Dayton region become members of the GDAA once the supplier joins. Each employee can have their own account profile on our website so they can receive upcoming event emails, track education courses, and receive member prices on event registrations. All employees with an account will have full access to the GDAA website.
January 1, 2022 Dues are $437.00 per year and a $25 initiation fee, for a total of $462
2023 Supplier Partner dues are as follows: $445.00 per year and a $25 initiation fee, for a total of $470.00
All GDAA memberships follow the calendar year (January 1st -December 31st). All memberships expire on December 31st, regardless of when you join, and we prorate dues on the 2nd consecutive year of membership.* If you join anytime between February - November you will pay the full 12-month dues price upon applying for membership and will pay the prorated dues on January 1st of the following year.
*Come renewal in January, your invoice will be prorated for the amount of time you were a member in your first year of membership. Please call our office for further explanation.
When you become a member of the Greater Dayton Apartment Association (GDAA) you get three memberships in one: the GDAA, The Ohio Apartment Association (OAA), and the National Apartment Association (NAA). GDAA is the local affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA), representing more than 10 million apartment homes globally. By joining GDAA, you automatically become a member of the National Apartment Association and the Ohio Apartment Association and we pay your dues for you!
Advertising & Sponsorships opportunities
All GDAA members are listed in our Membership Directory on our website with basic information. Our Primary members utilize this when in search of a particular product or service. In addition to the online directory on our website, we mail out a printed directory each year. There are several ways to upgrade your online Membership Directory listing to include your company's logo, featured information, additional contact links, and featured placement on the search page. A benefit of being a Supplier Partner is the ability to request a list of our Apartment Community and Property Management members for your marketing needs once a year. You can request a spreadsheet that includes the community name, full address, and unit count.
Market brand exposure is important to highlight services and benefits to your desired target audience. In addition to the annual Trade Show and the Mini Trade show, you can set up a tabletop display at a GDAA General Meeting. Contact the GDAA office for more details.
GDAA has Signature Events that provide networking with industry professionals and create valuable new business alliances. These annual events are a great opportunity to meet like-minded individuals within the industry, share ideas, and create relationships. The events are open to all member employees and require you to register on our website on the event page before attending.
