The Greater Dayton Apartment Association is a professional trade organization representing the multifamily industry. Our mission is to provide educational courses and seminars promoting apartment professionalism and to monitor legislation and inform legislators on issues that may effect the multi-housing industry.
The GDAA is governed by the Board of Directors which is composed of 16 members. (eight Primary members, six Associate Members, one Affiliate Member and one Public Housing member).
The GDAA dues paying membership is composed of:
- Primary Members – Apartment owners and management companies (who represent over 33,000 units)
- Associate Members – Companies that provide products and services for the multi-housing industry.
- Affiliate Group – Any recognized organization, association or group who has an interest in housing or community.
- Public Housing Authority - Membership by any firm, company or corporation that operates as a housing authority.
