Your Values Are Our Values

We are recognized for our multi-family housing advocacy. We are 33,000 apartment homes strong and growing. The goal to rent apartment homes to individuals and families, charging rents based on what your community offers while getting a return on investment ,is one the GDAA values. We have worked for over 30 years to professionalize the apartment industry. If you share those values, you’ll find a place with us.

Never Stop Learning

The GDAA offers timely, topical and professional training to every segment of the apartment industry. Certifications, designations, recognitions – whatever levels you want to achieve. Become a NALP or CAM.

People Come First

It’s people who make apartment living desirable, affordable, and welcoming to the families who live there. The GDAA works to make their jobs easier.
